RETURNS & REFUND
At Dailyard we strive to ensure 100%customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are experiencing any shipping or products issue, or you’re feeling frustrated, then please send us an email and our team will assist you right away.
Please provide your complete and accurate shipping address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in your package being returned to us, and we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped out, please contact us at info@dailyard.com. For the fastest resolution, please include your order number in your email. Thank you!
We accept order cancellations before the order is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled you will get full refund.
Cancellation Timeframe: Customers may cancel their order within 1 day (24 hours) of placing it.
Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 3 business days of placement and shipped on the next business day following processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Cancellations are only allowed if requested before the order is shipped and within the 1-day cancellation period. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
RETURN
We accept returns if you notify us via email at info@dailyard.com.
Please contact us within 60 days of package delivery (per the provided tracking information) to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.
The following information is required to process your return request:

REFUND
If the product you purchased does not meet your initial expectations, you may request a refund. Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:
1.The purchased product is completely non-functional.
2. You did not receive your product within 60 business days of placing your order.
Please Note:
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address, not being available for delivery, failing to pick up the package as requested).
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of our store’s control (e.g., customs denial, delays caused by natural disasters, tracking showing "delivered" but the package was lost after being placed in your mailbox)
