What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can update your email, name, and address, but we cannot modify your confirmed order. Please fill in your address in full detail. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause your package to be returned, and we cannot assist with address correction requests after submission.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based on US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion, even after you receive an order confirmation or after your credit card has been authorized. If your card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of $0.50. This covers processing fees charged by our payment provider and applies to all cancellation requests.
  • Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set my shipping address?

Our website operates in English. Please enter all address information using English characters and standard punctuation. If your address contains non-English symbols or letters, please replace them with similar English alternatives to avoid shipping issues.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please use a permanent residential address instead of a temporary location, to prevent customs holds or delivery delays.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time is based on the shipping option you selected. Once your order has shipped, we will email your tracking information within 24 hours, as tracking details generally become available one business day after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by local customs.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You will usually receive your tracking number within one business day after your order ships.

When will my order be processed?

  • All orders are handled and shipped from our overseas warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and sale seasons.
  • We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days, and shipped on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends.
  • Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days after payment.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

  • The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. You may be liable for import duties and taxes once your order arrives at its destination.
  • Import taxes, duties and related customs fees are determined locally by your customs office. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for customs-related delivery delays. For specific fee details, please contact your local customs office.

What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

How do I return an item?

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order. Provide your order number and return reason, and our team will review your request and send return instructions once approved.
  • Certain items are final sale and non-returnable. All returns must be sent back in original, unused condition with intact packaging.

What if the item(s) I received are damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the returns process?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your returned package. We will email you a confirmation once your return has been fully processed.

When will I receive my refund?

  • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For credit or debit card orders, refunds are submitted to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
